Hi everybody
I got a Moose draw this Sept . Can anybody show me where I should go for my Moose hunt. Thank you

Wow, nice area!! 7-27 is a sweet moose spot. That is some very beautiful country to go look around in. I have worked up around the N. end of Takla Lake and have seen some nice bulls up there. Pretty isolated though, take everything that you will need with you. There are no gas stations, or general stores. Be prepared for winter conditions too. I have been up there and had snow in September while finishing off surveys. Lots of grizz up that way too, so be careful around your camp and gut pile. When you leave Ft St James, or Smithers, which ever side you decide to hunt on, load up on everything you will need for the entire trip. Have fun take lots of pictures! Moosin

Too early, get there for the rut! Last week of Sept, first or second week of Oct, if you can. JMO!
We should be there by the 20th for 10 days! Very excited to say the least haven't been that far north or hunted moose for 5+years! Hope to see you up there! It is my first time in 7-27, going in blind but that is half the fun!:mrgreen:

Well I just went to 7-38 this May and 7-27 is new for me too

No I only saw one but he run so fast, but I took a lot's of nice picture LOL
