creston in sptember

Hey everyone im heading up to creston mid september for a family reunion and Im thinking of taking a couple extra days to do some hunting non of my family hunts mostly granolas from nelson but me and my dad.We were thinking of going for white tail can any one send us in a good direction and what kind of country to look for in this area.I asked my cousins from nelson if they see lots of deer up there they said yes but when asked what type they didnt realise there were more than one kind.Step away from the bong cuz.any info would be great.thanks

Head out of town toward Kitchener its about 8 miles out of Creston hunt on the left side of the hi way there is a road called kid creek any where up this road will hold elk and WT deer good luck.
