I keep seeing the animals go to the left far side of the screen and eating there. I think it might be a salt lick? There is also that dead animal that someone put there for the movie.
Makes me want my trail cams to get here soon!!!
That is incredible!! There definately is a few species kicking around Banff...

It's likely a lick, although the usage by the goats is a little later than normal. Usually things taper off by September.

Well that is impressive, and makes me wonder what I am doing wrong lol. I just looked at my two trails cams that were in a area where I am working with lots of track everywhere. Left them for 4 days and all I got was the bushes probably being blown by the wind, or the animals are so fast they jump when they hear the shutter go off lol. A little over three weeks for both of them in the bush this spring and I got dick all............Yet!!

Those goats sure love the shit outta the lick more than the rest of the species! That bear in the snow wallking left to right 3/4's through the video is a hammer!

That raven was having a good meal until yogi came along. More cougar activity on there than I would have imagined.

Thanks for posting Dave that is cool. I have never tried the movie feature on my cam yet I think I will this year. We got over a thousand still pictures in the full month of nov last year it would be nice to get some video of the rut.

yeah that was a wolverine, pretty neat. I have a few friends that work as rangers in banff, I was hoping to catch them on the cam, but I guess they weren't involved in that project. The cam was most likely secured to the tree in a metal box.

Is it a billy or a nanny at 1:19?
To me it looks like there are glands around the bases, so I'm thinking young billy

very cool.
never ceases to surprise/amaze me the amount of time goats actually spend in the timber as opposed to the rock.
