Man oh man....I really cant wait to ONE day be a BC resident and chase Stones....they are SUCH an awesome animal IMO.

I'm keeping fingers crossed that I'll be accompanying 2 BC residents on a Stone's hunt this year and flim the hunt. Very excited about being there for that, and with any luck I'll be able to knock over a goat!

You guys can have the August heat/rain/snow and crowds. lol.... I'm going later when the weather is more predictable and the sheep a little lower on the mountains.

Best of luck to everyone and mostly enjoy your trip!!! I now have my days off approved, leaving the august 27 for 11 days with my brother. That hunt is all I'm thinking about latelly. Very happy I moved to BC in February and I'm first shooter this year.

I wish I could go in September but my work is shutting down for 2 weeks at the end of July and first week of august. I wouldn't have had the time to go on this trip but now I can go even if it's for august 1.. I don't care! Good luck to everyone!

I have the same plan. I'll let the crowds die off and get up there when I have a chance at getting an elk or moose on my way back down the river. Just got back from a 4 day hike up in the mountains and it sure got me into the sheep hunting mood. Saw a nice billy, a caribou, and a few full-curl rams.
