Late 1930's split cane salmon rod??

Late 1930's Split Cane Salmon Rod fair-good condition anyone have an idea of the value? NOT FOR SALE redoing my insurance.:confused:

Depends.Not all cane rods are high quality,those that are can be worth some bucks.Does it have a maker's name or model name on it?Length,type of reel seat?I'm quite familiar with the English makers,I started off steelhead fishing with a Hardy cane and a Super Silex in the 60s. Gunner

K thanks guys, I'll do some resurchI dont care what its worth just been in the family for ever and a great conversation peice. I got a little spooked when I found out an old heirloom rifle I have as a wall hanger and some old wood decoys were worth a bundle(at least a bundle in my worldlol) so thought I should check into my insurance policy values.
