Fern lakes question?

I heard last year that the CO's where ticketing quaders coming out of fern lakes for riding in the creek. Due to the fact that the creek now runs down the road. Anyone hear this? Or know the scoop?

Guess a guy better get a permit to build a new trail along the old one! Better have the permit too, or you will get another ticket for building an unauthourized trail!! While you are getting your tickets for building these non permitted trails there will be a poacher going past you with an illegal harvested critter! Moosin
