West Kelowna - National Storeage Yard had my enclosed trailer broken into, took my Side By Side Polaris Razor. The worst part, I had all my hunting back packs on it (Bear Season as we know) it is all gone. Serious bummer, Stil Chainsaw, on and on.....:(

that really sucks, was it indoors or just in a yard? Wouldn't the storage peeps be responsible for the loss?

Any photo's of it? That may help identify it if we do see it ripping around.

Sorry to hear. I was going to put my motorcycle in to indoor storage for the winter a few years ago until the guy starts telling me about breakins.

Maybe insurance/plates would be a good idea for atvs so that dirtbags can't run them without the legit paperwork.

well my avatar has a pic and no matter how I try i can't upload anything. frickin computes, all files i have are to big. i have a few questions to get answered though from my lawyer. I rented a parking spot that says 24 hour surveilance, but low and behold their cameras do not cover my spot, and the coded gate is not working.... hummmmm

That sux dude. Unfortunatly i think someone had key info leading to this. I'm sure it's out of the province by now. Hope insurance covers this. Good luck with the search, I'll keep my eyes open.

Good luck gettin 'er back bud. Maybe once you get your gear replaced you can go with a more reputable and less lame-ass storage company

Buddy........I'm speachless.

Oh, to catch a thief....... if you get your hands on one of these criminals it is pretty likely they are going to have a bad fall before the coppers show up.
Did anybody else have property stolen, or where you it?

Change your picture size to 640 x 480 or meduim and up load them to the gallery on this site. Then you can copy and paste to this thread a couple good pictures would help in your search. I hope it works out for you

I wonder if it was an inside job...I would sue the company that runs the storage lot if they sold you a spot that was supposed to have security.

There will be discussion that is for sure, my lawyers doing a review. But this may be valuable to all of you that rent storage space...exactly what are they leasing/renting you.

That really sucks waistdeep. Its been a while since I was ripped off last. The anger almost got me into some big trouble when I got a lead on who did it. I never got anything back.

Like i said to Marlin, not sure if I would have wanted to catch them in the act, i might have ruined my life by my inability to control my actions.

Sorry you got ripped off waistdeep. But best control the anger, things can be replaced (although I totally get where you're coming from). Hope you get things back or at least comp. Karma will be a bitch to those that wronged you.

That sucks. Dirty rotten ba$tards.

Unless your lawyer finds something to the contrary, it should be a simple bailment whereby the storage company is liable for your loss.

I checked craigslist here in LML, nothing resembling your SXS... can you please remind us close to hunting season, cause if i was a gambling man, I would say it will be used for hunting

Over the next few weeks, the long weekend in particular someone from this site might get a picture of it in the back of a truck (licence plate included).......it is very easily identifiable, and the shitheads will be dying to take it for a spin.

Good call posting this here you never know someone might see it. The odds though unfortunately it was sold for 10 cents on the dollar by a crackhead class thief to a semi organised group and it will be in a truck with lots of other stuff heading far away pdq. I hope I'm wrong and they find it good luck bud,.

Maybe there are some Alberta hunting sites also that would be worth while posting the pics and story on. I bet it will leave the province.

They used to steal in southern BC and sell the stuff in northern BC, and vice versa, but now they're getting
more pro and shipping things out of province. Hope you get the value back for what you lost. I'd love to get
lead into people like that, though!
