Showed up to work this morning and there were 5 muley bucks standing in my compound.

One spike, one 2 by 2, couple of 4 squarerd and a honker of a 3 by 4...

I will try to download the pics.....

I have trouble getting them to reformat to an acceptable size (mb) on the server, so I will go back to that thread and get it done asap......

Nice to see, they are all local in town deer that are fat and sassy from eating petunias and turnips.....

Grabbed my better digi camera...These things are so flighty, they were within 50 yards of where they first were, an hour or so later......

Great looking animals, thanks for the pictures. I am going to be in Cranbrook quite a few times this fall on business and I am definately hoping to do some hunting in that area. Any tips on areas to look into to?

sparkymacker, I would guess you're lookin for deer? MU 4:3 Reached from Moyie Lake. good early season bugling for Elk and there are deer. MU 4:26 from Canal Flats the Findlay Creek road runs back into fair to good Mule deer, whitetail and elk. That should keep you busier than a one legged soccer player. good luck Jel

Thanks for the tips Jelvis! I am going to be staying in Cranbrook, which is the closer area to hunt? Not sure how far Canal Flats is from Cranbrook. Judging by the amount of deer I saw run over on the way there a few weeks ago, there must be a healthy population.
