Ambulance fishing tournament...

Just finished the First Annual Williams Lake Paramedic fishing Tournament...

I got to walk away with biggest fish (and second biggest ):mrgreen:

all in all hooked an landed 40 rainbows on fly in the 9 am-3 pm Tournament..

kept 2 for weigh in....released all others.. including a couple of 3 pound brook trout...

Biggest rainbow was 3 1/2 pounds..

donated the "prizes" back to Station fund...

next up ...Sheridan Lake 'Ducks Unlimited " fishing tournament...:mrgreen:

Will "prefish " that one for several days-5 days before the 2 day tournament...will need to tie up some new "special leech flies " as the last couple got absolutley mangled during Fridays tournament..

Sounds like you had a good time. How were the mosquitos? I was in Horsefly last week for a week and they were getting bad.

Going to our hatheume lake owners derby in a few weeks. Can't wait to use my new boat.

Mosquitos are bad this year.....I think they are just getting going...even in town they are getting thick..
