What does sheep steaks taste like? or do you grind the sheep meat into burgers? Never had the pleasure of tasting sheep. I would think pretty sinewy climbing all the time. Just curious.

Sheep is unbelievably delicious !!!

We cook mini steaks pronged on a forked stick and cook em over a fire with some spice ..... can't beat that along with greasy ribs !!

As everything is boned out .... I will keep some choice cuts for the bbq and the rest goes to into making pepperoni for the upcoming fall hunts.
