.243 Bear

Spent a few days chasing bears last weekend and was marvelling over the giant scat piles here and there, but no bears to be seen despite hours of still hunting. That changed mid afternoon when I spotted this one munching along an fsr.

Nice Bear, I smoked one 3 years ago with a 243, great little cartridge, 100 grain Nosler, he ran about as far as yours did

You can't shoot a bear with a .243! You've gotta use atleast a .300 win mag for a blackbear!!!
