My Leica LRF 800 just died. changed batteries, still dead. I've had it almost 10 years I think. Is it worth sending for repairs? Any idea where to send?

Send it in. Like any of the big 3 optic companies (Swarovski, Lieica and Ziess) I am sure they will probably fix it for free or charge you very little compared to a new unit. It will probably come back looking brabd new.

Why not contact them first? Email, or phone them and explain the situation. Might save you some time and postage.
