Out on the week-end scouting, and saw these two.
No big deal, but this is the first time I've seen elk in this area in my 15 years here.
I know there are populations here and there, but this was the first I've seen.
They were standing nose to tail when I first saw them, and I couldn't figure out what it was. Wrong colour, wrong shape.
