Second vote for Ennis... when I stopped doing it myself due to time and space loss.... I tried a couple different ones and they seemed to do the best job for me!

Only problem (I find) withthem is their hours and they won't wait 15-20 minutes for you... you need to wait for the next day.....:confused:

i use north surrey meats.i had his personal cell number for dropping off after hours.
i have not been in there yet this season but i think its under new management so i guess its time for a visit to see whats up before i start bringing home some meat.

Sumas meats Great chorizo, peperoni, and the appetiser sausage is good. 604 864 0434. Only complaint I've heard so far is that one person found it too smokey but that was when I first got it home. Now that it's sat for a couple weeks the flavour is more evenly absorbed into the meat and its just the way I like it.
