This is an easy one.
I go to BX sausage for Beerweiser (bierbeisser) (but please don't leave buffalo balls in with your meat, or any balls for that matter. The german cutter will start getting really mad at you!!!!) Really mad!
I use Ritters Sausage for pepperoni. He only has 1 flavor and it rocks. Double smoked!!!! There is nothing better.
It is certainly worth splitting up the meat for both sausage houses!!!!

Another vote for BX.They won't do goose pepperoni for me anymore though,steel shot isn't good for their grinders! Gunner

had a buddy send me some sausage from a fellow up towards Silver Star that was really, really good. Don't recall the name of the place but perhaps someone on here can fill in the blank!

Helmet's is nice in that you can take your meat in and there are no questions asked. You don't get some whining sniveling guy later complaining about bloodshot meat, or dirt or hair on the meat. He does a good clean job at a reasonable price...... just stay away from his Habanero pepperoni. Three hours after consumption that stuff will get you every single time. It will come out five times hotter and 100 times faster than it went in!!!!
