I just wanted to highlight that a fellow HBC member BCBillies is featured in the April/May edition of Eastman's Hunting Journal! This issue isn't hitting the shelves so your only shot at getting a peek at it is to get a subscription or "borrow" one from a friend ;). It's a great story and example of getting the younger generation involved. Well done!
There's a teaser online:

It's a bummer only half the article is posted...just enough to make you want to read the rest of it!! (I guess that's their plan!)

Yes good story and photos to go with it. I think the father/son cover photo and that story is great as well.

Great write-up bud. I'm not sure there are many residents that have packed out as many booner goats as you.

Hmmmm, but guess who's the one going to the Awards Banquet this weekend in Kamloops with a dandy set of horns . . . while I have to stay local, chase grizzlies and dream of breaking the 50 mark on a goat?

I'll give you a copy of the magazine (if I ever get them) if you promise to take me to your exclusive goat spots in October and November! btw - my nephew called last night looking to arrange his hat trick for billies . . . !

Would love to be chasing grizz myself actually but looking forward to going to Kamloops though.

Your Nephew needs to give you first shot next time you go out :) Our goat LEH's will be in the mail tomorrow for unit 6-#%* ;)

Right on Marvin! Those type of hunts are what goat hunting is all about, friends or family, mountain air and of course the long pack out all together mold young hunters and create lasting memories. Congrats!
