The Three Bears.

Went for a drive and quad ride east of PG this afternoon. The roads were still snowed in from Grizzly Den and east. Saw three bears. One young one, a medium sized one and a definite shooter.
Wansa Road would be a good place for a hunter to walk the skid trails. Enough green showing to be active now. Ditto Vama Vama and the other slashes in the area.
Have some fun and save some moose calves.:-D

I was out the salmon on thursday saw 1 medium sized black, think it just woke up quite lazy did not care that we were there, also 3 moose and 1 grouse and a dead farm cow with a couple huge eagles chewin on it

down blackwater area right now would be good. I spend my time north but it is still early up there. saw one small one out by reid lake on the weekend.

Ain't that the truth:lol: Though I never complain about the bill when it's lingerie.

The guys are starting to see black bears up here just north of FSJ, another 2 weeks and should be a sausage fest . Though the grizzlies have been out for awhile. Enormous old cranker on private property and me with no tag this spring go figure:evil: Going to see if I can get some pictures of it for you guys.

Just started seeing bears regularly on the highway to Bear Lake this week. I'm heading up the North Fraser on Friday to hopefully break some trail in. I give it about a thirty percent chance that the quads will be able to pound through the snow to make it in, but it'll be fun :)

Seen 5 down here so far. Haven't really been out to look yet. All of the mountains are still covered with snow except part of one, and I've seen 4 bears in that area now.
