Just found out my sister is keeping her job in Chetwynd, so thinking of plans to visit her this fall for a week or more.
What is the Muley hunting like in October around Chetwynd/Fort St John?
Anyone from that area journey towards muncho for stone sheep that late in the season??

9 more hours to Muncho from Chetwynd.
Muleys open November 1
Whitetails, elk and moose open in October
How is the whitetail hunting around Chetwynd?

If your sister owns a large chunk of land with a hayfield on it, the hunting will be excellent!
Big ones in the bush too, but harder to hunt!

Public Land or Bust.
BCRams, dou you see any point in doing a three day trip for Stones in Oct? Thought I could consider it a "scouting" trip for next summer, might run into a ram if Im lucky?

The three day trip can easily produce a great ram in October.

When thinking stone sheep don't overlook the Peace arm, I was working up there and took a look around wnet for a hike from my truck up a high Ridge and ran into 3 stones although not Rams, if the ewes are there the rams have to be around too.
