Elk hunt 7-23

Please help if you can. I am trying to research an elk hunt with an outfitter in unit 7-23 Omineca. Supposedly this is the first time they have started hunting elk there.
Does anybody know anything about that area? How is the terrain?
Will the elk be bugling around September 1st? Are there any good size elk in that area?
The outfitter is Robert Dunlop. Has anybody heard of him?

I would appreciate any info.
