Shopping for a new pair of Binoculars

Hey guys,
Looking for the best pair of Binos I can get for around 350. They need to be an all around good pair, and of a medium/small size. Any new technologies out in the glass department? Ive heard of HD Binos? Price and are they worth it?

Leupold Acadias are very good glass for your $$ range. They use the same internals/glass as the higher priced 'green ring' Leupold binos, just went cheaper on options like eyecups and lenscovers. I bought some for sort of a secondary pair a few years ago and really like them. Been bombproof so far, and are bright and sharp.

Leopold Mojave 10X42, terrific binoculars for the price.

Wow, Great options! Less expensive as well. Got to try out the Leupold Acadias on a hike yesterday, and they were perfect. Also Checked out some Vortex Binos at Grouse River and there great as well, Both rugged and feel great in my hands. Gonna pull the trigger soon on either one of those. Thanks guys!

I just picked up a pair of diamondbacks. Lots of bang for the buck in these things. Nice and bright and chrystal clear. Plus for just under $300 with taxes you get a lifetime warranty which covers accidental damage.

I like the Leupies very much, have used Zeiss and Leica as my own binos for over 40 years and love them, but, you cannot go wrong buying Leupold.

vortex furys 10x42s, around $350 after taxes, good warrantey. i have only good things to say about them.

Camofire had some Vortex Vipers on 2 days ago for around $285. you might be able to get a hold of them and maybe they still have some at that price. I posted a thread here about it when I saw them but for some reason it was nuked. I assume it was because I put a link in my post??? hopefully this one is ok , I have seen camofire discussed here many times.
