Beattie Lake Northern BC access ? (directions)

I was always curious on how to get into Beattie lake. From what I understand it is only by float plane or foot. Can anyone give me directions for the hiking path. I am not worried about a long rigerous hike as the hunting is probably worth it. From what i kinda know its not to far from the Sikanni Cheif river... ?

lot of better place to hunt than beattie lake. fishing is good tho.

Fishing too has dropped off as of late.

There is an outfitter who has the cabin on the lake there. he can take you in on horseback or walk in. Awesome fishing, ive been there 5 times and always great. Lots of moose, seen at the lakes edge, moose, bison, grizzly and black bear and sheep. Lots of Elk around too.
