Hey guys, I just mounted up one of my whitetails from 2 seasons ago. Glad I finally got him done. He is a 5x5 with some junk. Only 16"wide and scored 174 and change.

I actually screwed up when I shot that deer. He started running across a big field at last light and I saw a ton of junk on his head. I thought it was the next world record non typical.lol When I shot him and walked up to him I was dissapointed big time. He had all of that wire wrapped in his horns and had a ton of big branches and sticks broken off which I thought was horn. I wish I would have left the branches in the wire for the picture but I didn't think of it till after.
I'll post my sheep collection maybe a little while later in a new thread

I need a Stone sheep!!!! Wish us Canadians could swap tags. It would be a ton of fun to be able to hunt different areas like that and hunt different animals.

I wish it would be that way. I've a friend in Ontario that would like to come here and hunt elk but since he is not a relative of mine he has to hire an outfitter to hunt in BC. I think it is sad that we all live in one country and yet we can't invite, or exchange hunts, in other provinces among us without hiring the services of a professional. It's the same BS in Ontario, that same friend invited me to hunt turkeys is that province but I can't go unless I successfully graduate a turkey hunting course in Ontario. That much for "one country, one people."
