well , ive owned it for over a year now , but my sender unit isnt working anymore , opened up the battery compartment and water was inside . tragic thing is we just recieved a second collar we had ordered for our other dog { its the exp sport series}anyhow , i was wondering how many of you have needed warranty work on your units and how were they to deal with??

Friend of mine had a charging problem with hers dont remember what the fix was but it was taken care of promptly and to her satisfaction with no hassle.
