I'd pay whatever you ask, just connect me with a Halibut 5' wide X 8' long. Or a Salmon would be nice too.

?????? I don't get it, he just asked a question.
My neighbors in Masset charge aprox $1000.00 for a day (one only takes them out for 8hr but no one complains that I've heard of). The fishermen even bring their own lunch.

Each and everyone to their own. But think about this. If one booked a ten hour day charter, and it took one and a half hours to run to the fishing grounds and another one and half hours to run back. How much fishing time did you get? How much were your hotel rooms and meals? In that six or seven hours of fishing, how many species , did you angle for, or for that matter catch. I would think that if one had all these disgruntled guests, one would not be having return clientele for twenty plus years or could be in business for thirty-three years I would think you would have to be a dreamer if they think , it is possible to catch their limit of Lingcod, halibut, snapper and salmon etc. in six hours of fishing. It is more than likely on that day, one would have to pick which species they want to angle for that day. Plus the advantage of anchoring out, is during stormy weather when day charters cannot leave port, we are already there. Any way, when I travell thousands of miles to go fishing, I want to be on the water, not sitting in a Hotel room. I wish you all the best and by the way. One is allowed to continue to angle, for other species or even catch and release after they have limited out.
