Sounds like we will get a good turn out for Saturday, nice to see guys that want to try it !

For guys new to it, don't worry most people there have never shot that type of shoot. We are just trying to promote some different discipline to archery.

i will be there come h3ll or high water, someone has to set up the 3d targets while you guys are having all the fun, even if i almost fell off the roof yesterday, whos fault is it that there was ice up there anyways.lol.
thank god for a harness and rope and the ribs are not broken only bruised.
its all good though seeing as all the proceeds are going towards the youth archery division of the club.what better purpose then to keep kids interested in the future of our sport

What's a 900? targets?

Its a loaded question but feel free to call us at the shop we will fill you in.

Have you ever shot a 300 round at 18 meters at the 3 spot targets ?? Its the same scoring and similar principal but this is 50, 60,70 yards. The highest you can score is 900 if you hit a 10 ring at each yardage every time. As said by Jonas111, 30 arrows at 70yds, 30 arrows at 60yds, 30 arrows at 50yds.

I have a Apex 7 I am selling. 60lb with 26.5 and 27" cams. Winners choice strings.

I converted to hoyt and want to try and keep my target bows to feel the same.

Are you looking for another bow Threedhunter?

just askin, that bow is too short a draw length for me , maybe a 29 incher would work though.

i know once you shoot a hoyt it's hard to go back
now if you trade that ford in for a chev then the general would have a army of followers

Great time !!!!

Thanks to everyone that showed up!

You will see the 900 style paper shooting grow in Kelowna in the next 2 years. We are planning on doing more in the future. Th interest is obviously there and its a heck of less work to set up than a 3d.

Another bonus to this style of shooting is that most of the volunteers involve in setting up a shoot like that can actually shoot themselves. Unlike a 3d shoot were guys involved in set up usually have to take a back seat and dont get a chance to shoot.

Thanks to KDFGC and all the men and women that helped in Kelowna this weekend on Saturday and Sunday !!

Off to ARMSTRONG 3D!!!!!!
