Grizz leh

With the pending LEH coming any day now, I have been trying to decide as to where I should put in for Grizzly. I was thinking of 5-15 D, in the Bowren Lake area, or 7-17 (I think that's the region) for the fall hunt.

Any suggestion to these areas. Yes I have been to both areas but with very limited time in each area.

Well you can rule 5-15 out as there is no fall draw for the area.

Region 7-7 covers the mid and lower Bowron River valley and 7-6 covers the upper valley. 7-17 is the McGregor-Torpy. Regardless, all have decent opportunities for a fall bear particularly if we get a good berry crop or a good salmon run in any of those rivers. The lack of logging in those areas (particularly 7-6 and 7-17) over the past several years has resulted in poor access off the main lines and most of the blocks are quite greened up now.

As KB has said the only draw in the fall for Region 5 is on the coast---Bella Coola

hmmm Torpy is good so is the coast IF there are salmon..
