I'm looking for a good place to get some beef tenderloin for a celebratory dinner. I'm new to Burnaby, so if anyone can recommend a butchers shop please let me know.

Thank.

I live in Burnaby and frequent Cioffi's most often (they are walking distance to me). The list of butcher's I frequent.

We've always found that the beef at COSTCO is pretty good and well priced.

Huge fan of Cioffi's - I drive up there from New West to restock my freezer. Quality meat and great service!
After many a time bothering the butchers to save me left over pork fat for homemade lard, I came back one day to find it now a standard stock item in the freezer, nicely skinned rolls of back fat instead of hacked off leftover bits...

Buy some of the pork butt steaks, they are super cheap, local and nicely marbled... definately not the leathery supermarket pork chop!
