Unless you were planning on putting in for spring grizzly or sheep you haven't missed them yet. Check out the government site for more details.

Usually booklet is out in May and online at same time.

I was just in HUB SPORTS today, they believe leh's will be out the first week of April. Last years due date to have them to Victoria was May 21st.
