Later on this year I will be in the market for a new (maybe to me) bow. I was looking at the Bowtech Assassin package, which seems to come with some good quality accessories, and reasonably priced by Bowtech standards. I know that Bowtech has a lot of fans, but does anyone have any experience with this model and its accessories?
It includes:
4-Pin TruGlo Apex Sight
1-Piece 5-Arrow Ultra-Lite Quiver
Octane Hostage XL arrow rest
4” Light Stabilizer
Comfort Wrist Sling
BCY String Loop
Alloy Peep
Dura-Flx String Dampening Components

the assisan is a great entry level bow .... however ... if you shoot more than 100 arrows you are gonna want to get rid of the hostage rest .... the truglo apex is an OK site... end of the day its a good entry bow with entry accesories .... you need to ask yourself what you intend to do with this bow .... ie:casual hunting, alot of hunting , hunting and casual target... or shooting year round ...
