Moose in 3-19

Ive got a draw in this area for 2 bull moose from Nov1-30. Just wondering if anyone has had much luck with calling this late in the season? Also for anyone who is a moose hunter got any tips for hunting moose?(like preferred vegetation etc...) thanks Rob

Do you know if there are any isolated stands of Black Spruce in that area? Also cut blocks that are several years old work up north, when adjacent to heavy timber. Fred

look for the willows....and theres lots of cut blocks probably a ton more now....dont worry we will find him....u gotta do the he shoots he scores thing if i m there lol....did u guys ever buy a video camera????

I know the helmer lake area will have a lot of new cut blocks.They were doing lots of logging in that area last year when i was up there.

ya and the other side of the hiway as well....3-19 splits into two different regions for leh and i believe dewey has the other side...and i was up there briefly this spring and wow it has changed and i only seen a lil part of it....
