So I had plans to go to the Sheep banquet but a few friends and I figured Hiking aroun looking for sheep would be just as fun. So after work friday we all headed up for the weekend. The only catch, is we didnt see any sheep. Ironically. But we did see a quite a few deer and stumbled across an old mining shack which had newspaper and tools from the 1950's. Pretty neat. Also, anybody know what that green plant groing in the creek is? We thought it was water crescent? It tasted like salad to me!

Looks like a great time.
That newspaper looks like the 50's equivalent of a Hustler lol I wouldn't have touched it :eek:

Nice pics. If you wanted to see sheep you should have just driven the highway from Lillooet to Pavillion. We saw about 50 today.:biggrin:

Where is all the snow? Here in Manitoba we are still covered in it. I thought it would be the same in the mountains.

Ha. Well we had great aspirations to sneak around and stalk sheep, but we we're loud and having fun. We did see a few from the highway, but none while we we're on foot. Fun trip all in all

Prices seem quite high for a paper from 1950's.
Then again,not really sure how much a bra is?
