I bought a new MR 6500 with the NICE frame on Ebay one year ago and it stated the same thing. As long as you know somebody in the US and use their address it's no problem. With some networking and the like there was no international shipping charges, duty, taxes, etc. My buddy who ended up with the pack paid me $470 all told and my services came free! :-D

What did it go for? IT was $225 when I saw it and for not much more money you could buy new and get awesome support from MR if ever needed. Ok, I just checked and it went for $225 plus $16 shipping, not a bad deal, but not a great one either.

Not saying don't buy MR from Ebay, I myself got a Nice frame, 6500, crew cab and three load cells from a guy in the states. But they were new and it was a very substantial saving even with shipping (USPS) and duty.
