So where does a guy go hunt gooses  around the okanagan. Looking for legit hunting grounds. To all you jokesters, i'm not going to any golf courses, so you can forget that. Nor will I go crossbow hunting near the dolphins in Kelowna.

You're not going to find many birds in this deep freeze! Gunner

I'd like to get into it this year too, how about the river around enderby? floated the river last year down to the Grinrod pub and saw a few guys hunting geese.

I have a flock of geese fly overhead every night heading to the 'grain' in the fields

Ruger4. Is that an invite??? Lol. Is there farmers willing to let us good old boys hunt their land around here?

There's still over a foot of snow in the Enderby area and the wind chill is -18.I haven't seen a goose in a week and I'm scouting every day.Unless it warms up big time this season will be a total bust.Lots of birds in the Kelowna area and a few around Vernon. The Vernon birds are grazing grass fields as there's not much snow there.
