Very nice area. I hunt there all the time. There can be a lot of hunters at times but if you get off the main roads it's all good. Nice and close to town as well for those evening hunts after work.

Welcome aboard Slayer. Good to see some more PG boys on here. 7-7 is a good area. Some really thick country but if you get out and walk away from the main roads you should do OK. I've been told that before the rut the big bulls stay up higher....

Ya the bulls tend to stay up a little higher before the rut, but come the rut they are everywhere. Look for the signs that they are in a certain area and call 'em right to ya. Alot of "road hunters" come open season so chances of bagging any spike fork right off the road are limmited.

My Uncle and I hunted there years ago, along the Willow river, it was good. He lived in Prince so we met at Stoner 30 km south of Prince, on hwy 97 cause I lived in Sardis at the time. I noticed there was lots of rabbits and grouse too.
