No, but I've been meaning to get to riefel for some pictures but this was out in chilliwack. Sardis Pond, has a good number of geese, from cacklers to honkers plus a few species of ducks always.

When we were young ducks were pretty scarce and far and few in between so we used to stew up Mergansers, We actually started to skin a cormorant out to stew it but that's as far as we got with it. Man do those things stink.:mrgreen:

Not in BC. I know New brunswick has them under their varmint license so you can shoot them there.

Didn't see too many of those Hooded Mergies this season actually. Some years we even see them on the farms! This year I saw a ton of Ringnecks on a farm in January... wierd because before that I had only seen them out in Port Renfrew...

The ringnecks were everywhere this year. Where we hunted i would say there were more of them than mallards but they only stayed for two weeks and then we never saw another.
