we generally go up mid sept and stay to the first couple of days of oct...was a great trip.. will be up there again this year!!

we did go sheep hunting on this trip but were rained/snowed out...Riverjet is the packer..have been going with them for going on twelve years...excellent service and if you are willing to work a bit the country and game is unsurpassed

We see moose every year and generally get one, our focus is on elk, as far as caribou goes while we have seen the odd one I wouldn't waste a tag on one if you are hunting similar country to where we are.. took two trips to get us all up...DD

all depends on the year, best of to call Kev and figure out how late you want to go... if you are going for elk you don't need to go that far up...DD

Great pictures nicely & put together. Reminds me of the trips we made up ther many years ago by float plane into the lake. Most fantastic country and in those days lots of game everywhere and very few hunters. I'd love to go back if only for the trip.

I am working in fort nelson for the next couple of days, it sure is not as exciting pulling in to town when you know your not headed to elk camp!

Great pictures guys I enjoyed them. It might give a good idea to those that think you just drive a boat up the river and shoot elk. Its not that easy and your pictures summed up how hard you guys worked , great job on the elk.
