Depends what area you are looking for, do you live in the Ok or just caught the fish there?

On of the site sponsors is Ray Weins Taxidermy in Abbotsford.

I know first hand that Gander's Taxidermy in Surrey do magnificient work with fish.

you can check them out, they both have websites.

don't they just use pics for fish now, ie no real fish parts anyway?? Can't you just take a shtt load of photos??

15lbs 2oz
My friend who caught it would like the real thing with the fishes skin on it
I have seen mounts with photos used to paint a replica and I do not think they come even close to looking like the real thing
We live in the OK but I think he would take it where ever he has to to get a nice mount
Caught on 5in Lyman lure on steel line

Yes Brett, they do use premolded fish (reproductions) but in some cases they still use the fish skin (skin mounts), it's a little more costly but it is the real fish.

A really good photo of the fish is essential for colours, spots, shine etc.

Wow, that's a nice fish! Can't wait to see pics! Congrats to the lucky fisherman!

I don't know of anyone locally that does fish, so you might have to look outside the Okanagan to get it done.

WOW! What a pig! I'd consider a replica mount as they last longer and yu still get to eat the fish.
