Sent a 3200 series back do to fogging, took about six weeks but they sent me a brand new still sealed in the box. :-D
I ll be honest this scope had seen a lot of bumps and dents but they held true to their word and replaced it.

Seems the more you spend on a Bushy the better your get treated. There's just no consistancy in their policy.
I once sent in a trophy because the reticule fell off the glass. First time they blamed me and sent it back, second time I got a new one in a box.

I have a 3200 that won't track properly. How did you go about getting yours replaced? Just send it to the Ontario repair center with a letter saying what's wrong with it?

so 1 week shipping there and 1 week shipping back. 4 weeks to test the scope?
