Trail cam's that email/text in B.C.

Does anyone know if there is a trail camera that can email/text the pictures it takes in B.C.? I have heard from my local hunting store owner that the manufacturers will tell you they will work in B.C. but in actual fact they don't. He had heard that there might one that works through rogers but I am with telus and don't want to switch. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
