Yes sir. You are correct. I cant wait till 2012 when I get to go hunt with my friend and shoot a grizz, moose, and a caribou.. I am going to save a mint on those hunts.I would never be able to go pay for a guide to take me on those hunts.

You had better check to see if you can hunt grizzly as a non res....Peter

Is the "guide" allowed to take more than one non resident at a time hunting? Like if my hubby and I BOTH want to hunt up there? My cousin lives in the Yukon and I want to schedule a hunting trip up there if possible.

I think it is one to one, but I may be wrong

Its one on one and only once every three years for the YT resident

Thanks! Hubby would be the lucky recipient then and I'd sit back and visit with my cousin :)

Ok, so wondering if this is accurate? $75 for non resident license... $5 for a moose tag.. $150 for harvest fee if you shoot a moose and take it out of province? What is the cost of the guide license for the Yukon resident?

Thay give out 100 non rez tages per year & thay are gone in one day . you can only be sponsored once every 3 years . but your licence is good for the hole season .so you can go up in sept for moose & back when the bou are on the demster hyway in mid oct .you can hunt moose, caribou, black bear,& wolf .I was up there last fall with my bud .I pulled my argo all the way up to the demster then argoed in to the hart river & killed a 65 " bull moose .that was the coolest place that I have ever seen . cant wate to go back
