Rick Gander picked up my moose, took it to the city , did a 'perfect' job and even delivered it back to the house in less than two weeks!!!
Very cool and was surprised at how perfectly white he got it. I never had a chance to boil it up in camp and have nothing here to do it so it sat in the tree out front for two months getting real yellow and gross.
those guys at Ganders have some knowlege!!

Here he is a week before I shot him , he has a tine 'still on' in the photo on his left , broke off sometime in the week.

That's an awesome looking set of antlers, the long tines are cool. I like the euros, I can't imagine how much room a moose shoulder mount would take.

That's a nice job! Moose euros are impressive.Do you know if it was beetle cleaned, macerated or boiled?

I know it wasnt beetle cleaned. Probably boiled if it was 2 weeks.

Are you running their wolf line still?

That looks real good! You can see why most Moose racks are nailed to the Barn Wall, there's just not enough room in the house for them!

Looks really good , it's a great choice to make to save a bit of space. Full shoulder mounts of that size are huge and do not always fit in a house properly. Looking at the video makes the eight month wait even tougher. I am looking forward to a 2 week combo in that area again this year. Again good job on a great bull.

Its actually a monster muley shed!..was 'treasure hunting' on day to kll time while in the city on buis , found it on a shelf , gave the guy a 5r and a toonie for it , doubled with a conservatice 24" inside it goes over 230"

The moose was boiled , I think they look wicked that way myself..AND mkaes for more room inside for ANOTHERONE!!!

@ Bigboar , not sure on the trapping yet , 'just' got home from Asia..kinda feel like buying another plane ticket somewhere..not sure yet.
And I have a shait load of bait to boot!:-|
