how to post pictures

How can I post pictures on here? I know it's a dumb question but... there is no instruction given that I can find. I keep getting this: you file is too big bla bla bla...

You have to resize your picture to 50x50 then the picture will take ,go to edit top left of your screen.

Do a search for "How to post pictures in the forums". There is a detailed description from one of the administrators (Mark) that worked for me.
