went out today for an night flight and saw nothing till about 450-5 pm and then they started to move. had 2 come right in they locked up way out and came right in like they were on a string and my buddy and i each dropped one and then more came over but were on a mission. then a solo came over and i took it at a distance and dropped it. in about a minute and a half 3 birds down. of coarse then it was past shooting light so we collected our kill and proceeded to leave the field. i am going back tomorrow for a night flight and then friday i am going for the morning and see what happens. just got permission to hunt a new field that i have been out to only a hand full of times and already cant wait for the next duck season. goose session is coming soon and cant wait to set up the new layout blind and see what that will bring. happy hunting for the last 2 days of the session to all and will let everyone know how it goes tomorrow.
