I'm usually out alot during the winter months but not this year. Business has been " funny" lately but not in a bad way:wink:(too busy). The Sculpin needs some more refit time to boot.

I'm getting cabin fever pretty bad and I decided to not take any holidays this winter and when I do get a chance I'm going to get that battleship tip top real soon:-D.

I heard prawning is real good right now and the winter springs are being caught quite frequently.

Local winter spring fishing has been good when the wind is not blowing. Tunstall bay has been good when the seals not around, there has been some action at the waterfall as well. As always 10 feet off the bottom good luck

First mate Jake just got the boat gutted out this weekend. Hope to start the modifications real soon. I have to get the batteries up out of the aft hold and into a new cabinet that I will build along the transom. I will post pic's of the project when it gets under way.

I'm out of prawns and need to get out soon:-D.

Well, I know nothing about the art of salt water fishing, but I'm going out tomorrow morning early on Kootenay Lake to harass those rainbows.
Maybe we'll bring home a nice 20 pounder or 2 as well.
