just wondering if it is possible to hunt at mud bay near the entrance to the serpentine? and where to go to access the hunting. i know that there are farms near there but some places are easily 100+yds to the freeway. i might take a canoe along to paddle along and shoot around the bay also but just wondering. thanks!:-D

i think the mud bay side of boundary bay is closed, but i think there are few farms near the serpentine which are open but u need permission to hunt

If I'm not mistaken mud bay is a no hunting zone, the only people allowed to hunt the farms are club members.

And don't go walking out there... There is/was a bunch of sink holes out there a good several feet deep

Check your Lower Fraser Valley Map that comes with your permit.I think you will find the area off the Mud Bay dikes is closed and has been for years.Boundary Bay is open, but in a stiff southeaster is no place for a canoe! Gunner

What Gunner says is correct, we can only hunt from roughly inline with the 91, to 64th, both sides are closed to hunting.

The Serpentine river mouth is definitely closed - unless you have prior permission from the property owners on the each side
