Bill Otway - Canadian Angler Hall of Fame

I just heard that my good friend Bill Otway, who sadly passed away on October 17, 2010, is to be inducted in the Canadian Angler Hall of Fame.
It could not have happened to a more deserving man. I just regret that it did not happen during his lifetime.

Couldn't agree more. Bill did a lot for hunters, fishermen, conservation, habitat protection and enhancement in this province.
