as the title says.
4 duck breasts.
Seasoning salt
Galirc Salt
2 Big jalapenos
Philly Cream Cheese
Good bacon. Double smoked if possible.
Take your 4 duck breasts and soak em over night in water with a little bit of table salt to draw out any blood still left in the breasts. Change water once. When ready to prepare, pat duck breasts dry and season with seasoning salt and Garlic salt. Pound breasts out as thin as possible. Cut Peppers in half and remove seeds. Fill each half with a geneours amount of cream cheese and put them back together. Like 2 pieces of bread put the duckbreasts like a sandwich around peppers. Wrap all of that in bacon and use toothpicks to hold it togther.
Grill on medium heat for 10-15 to medium rare. Dont over cook and enjoy!
