Safari 3D shoot JAN 30

Just got a confirmation for the shoot

Safari Shoot at the Cowichan Bowmen Archery Club on January
30th, 2011. You must sign in at 8:30 am. and is a shot gun start at 9:30 a.m

Crossbows allowed? I wouldn't mind taking mine along! Or is this a Longbow Safari shoot totally trade, wooden arrows etc?

Bill, This is a regular 3D shoot as Safari is just the name. I'm not sure about crossbows but would think that they are allowed.

We are planning on making our way across to the island for the shoot, are we ok if we are later than 9:30 am?

Shoot registration is geberally from the time that 'people' get there until the posted Shoot Start Time. It's a Shotgun start, so it'll be very hard to get on the course once the shoot starts.

Having said that, it's easy to jump in at the lunch break.

Really want to start as close to 9:30 as possible to make sure we all get home at a reasonable time Sunday night. How late do you think you'll be?
