I was hiking in boston bar with my father when we peered up a logging road, and saw this bear walking casually towards us, I waited for a broad side shot and put a bullet into his lungs, he ran into the bushes and died at 10 feet from where it was shot. It was getting dark and the bushes were thick so we came back the next morning to pick it up! had a great time definetly a memory that will stay with me for the rest of my life. http://huntshoot.coastangler.com/hunting/images/smilies/smile.gif

Nice bear KMH. If you are ever over onthe island, let us know. We usually spring bear hunt. This year we filled our tags on the first weekend in June. Lots of big bears on the island. Puppychow.
