Hey Alpine Addict I heard the river was blown right out. Did you stay up top all day? Didnt have a chance to drive up past the crossing to see if it was fraser river style or not, doesnt look too milky in your pic.

Nice to see a good old fashioned centerpin vs. levelwind smackdown. Much nicer than the new`` I just bought a spey rod so all rivers should be bait ban fly fishing only`` mentality. I spey, I pin and I spoon, just depends on the conditions and water temps.

yeah have had two steelies splash infront of me this week and couldent hookem up WTF splashers usually bite from my experience threw everythin at them too shrimp, roe ,worm ,blade, dam things!
